Return and refund policy


We operate a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with the tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@glimny.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: in accordance with EU guidelines, the shipping costs for returning are for the account of the customer, glimny.com will not reimburse these return costs. 

Returns sent to an address on the envelope will be sent to a so-called 're-ship' location where we cannot accept returns, therefore it is of utmost importance that you contact us before returning a package, packages that are returned sent to an incorrect address may not arrive for which glimny.com accepts no liability.

Damages and problems Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and offer you a suitable solution immediately. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

In case you want to cancel your order you can do so as long as your order has not been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at info@glimny.com . If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can return the package to us immediately after receipt in exchange for a full refund.

The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Refunds of payments via Klarna are processed immediately by us, but it can also take a few working days for Klarna to process the refund and update your invoice.
